Welcome to KrushiHub. By using the KrushiHub website, mobile application, or any associated services (collectively "Services"), you agree to be bound by these conditions. Please read them carefully. In addition, when you use any current or future KrushiHub service (e.g., Seller Central, Market Rates), you will also be subject to the guidelines, terms, and agreements applicable to that service.

Please review our Privacy Notice, which also governs your use of KrushiHub Services, to understand our practices regarding the collection and use of your personal information.
3. Electronic Communications
When you visit KrushiHub or send emails/SMS to us, you are communicating with us electronically. You consent to receive communications from us electronically. We will communicate with you by email, SMS, or by posting notices on this site. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
4. Your Account
If you use any KrushiHub Service, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer/device. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. KrushiHub reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at its sole discretion in case of any unauthorized or illegal activity.

By visiting KrushiHub, you agree that the laws of India, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these Conditions of Use and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and KrushiHub. Conditions of Sale (for Buyers)
1. Contract of Sale
When you place an order to purchase a product from a seller on KrushiHub, you will receive an email/SMS confirming receipt of your order containing the details of your order (the "Order Confirmation"). The Order Confirmation is acknowledgement that we have received your order, and does not confirm acceptance of your offer to buy the product(s) ordered. The contract of sale is concluded only when the product is dispatched to you.
2. Product Descriptions
KrushiHub and its sellers attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, KrushiHub does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of any KrushiHub Service is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by a seller is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.
3. Pricing
Except where noted otherwise, the List Price displayed for products on our application represents the full retail price listed on the product itself. With respect to items sold by sellers on KrushiHub, we cannot confirm the price of an item until you order. Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items in our catalog may be mispriced. If the correct price of an item sold by a seller is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.
4. Returns and Refunds
Products are returnable within the applicable return window if you've received them in a condition that is physically damaged, has missing parts or accessories, is defective, or is different from their description on the product detail page. Return policies may vary based on product category (e.g., live plants vs. tools). Please check the product page for specific return details.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall ArecaMart be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages of any kind in connection with these terms of use, even if the user has been informed in advance of the possibility of such damages.
